For me, being fit and healthy is so much more than about building the perfect bicep (although that rocks too!). At Warrior Woman Fitness,it's three-fold...shaping our bodies, mastering our metabolisms, and nurturing our spirits! 

I have come to discover the immense power and potential of the female spirit, because we are all Warrior Women!

I firmly believe in the transformative Power of weight training for women because nothing shapes and tones a woman's body like repetitive, progressive weight training. Sexy, shapely muscle is in! So yes, reps, sets, and weights remain the focus. We couple this with clean eating, a strong spiritual connection and living with an open heart. 

NOW that's true health and wellness!
