When it comes to any habitual change, we have two levels of sabotage..
Conscious and unconscious.
My many years coaching in the food and fitness realm bears this out...sometimes we have 'best intentions' and we will do good for awhile, and then 'life happens'...we slowly lose all our positive habits.
We go back to 'where we were'.
Other times however, it really is a conscious sabotage where we kinda want the change, but when it comes to doing the Work, or having to commit, we pull back.
We make excuses. We deflect...this too is our pattern...
This is how I see things, and really, it's just about being honest with self. And that goes a long way toward making solid decisions and successful changes in the direction of where you want to go.
