Training at our age requires a different approach at this midlife point. It's not about trying harder, it's about training differently...here, I outline my experience in the lifting arena over a 40 year period as a coach and competitor, and also living as a 60+ woman who uses weights as the cornerstone of my Healthy Ageing routine.

There is simply too much info (and much of it conflicting) and it is sending 50+ women down the wrong path...never reaching their Body Goals or being there for awhile, but it's not sustainable.
